Water Conservation Tips

  • Use a broom, rather than a hose, to clean sidewalks and driveways.

  • Only run the dishwasher and clothes washer when they are fully loaded.

  • Repair dripping faucets and leaky toilets.

  • If every household in America had a faucet that dripped once each second, 928 gallons of water a day would leak away.
